A New Approach to the Generalization of Darbo’s Fixed Point Problem by Using Simulation Functions with Application to Integral Equations

We investigate the existence of fixed points of self-mappings via simulation functions and measure of noncompactness. We use different classes of additional functions to get some general contractive inequalities. As an application of our main conclusions, we survey the existence of a solution for a class of integral equations under some new conditions. An example will be given to support our results.

The Gupta-Belnap Fixed-Point Problem and the Theory of Clones of Functions

This paper presents the Gupta-Belnap Fixed-Point problem: to characterize the truth-functional schemes of the first-order logic such that, for every interpreted language L, a truth predicate for L can be defined in L using a Kripkean fixed-point. A propositional version of the problem is defined using the stipulation logic of A. Visser and then the strategy adopted for the solution to the three-valued case is presented, using the theory of clones of functions.
A fixed-point problem with mixed-type contractive condition

We consider a fixed-point problem for mappings involving a mixed-type contractive condition in the setting of metric spaces. Precisely, we establish the existence and uniqueness of fixed point using the recent notions of $F$-contraction and $(H,\varphi)$-contraction.
An approximate fixed point result for multivalued mappings under two constraint inequalities

We consider an approximate multivalued fixed point problem under two constraint inequalities, for which we provide sufficient conditions for the existence of at least one solution. Then, we present some consequences and related results.
